Points need to be converted into cashback rewards before they can be redeemed. Your ClubCard needs to be registered (i.e. we know who you are) and when you've earned 50 points or more by the qualification date (every month), then those points are converted into cashback. Cashback is loaded directly onto your ClubCard and South African values can be viewed on Clicks website and Clicks App, with some customers being notified using direct communication channels. Points that do not qualify to be converted into cashback, roll forward into the next qualifying period. Points will expire if not converted into cashback in a 12 month period.
