- You may use the digital platforms available on the Clicks website and app to pay accounts and traffic fines issued by, or to purchase prepaid electricity from, selected third party vendors (collectively referred to as the “Issuers”).
- Your purchase and/or use of an Issuer’s products and/or services, and any payments due by you to an Issuer, are subject to the terms and conditions of the Issuer.
- No reversal or refund of a prepaid transaction or payment made by you to an Issuer will be processed by Clicks. You must raise and resolve all payment queries and claims for reversals or refunds directly with the Issuer.
