Notify the Customer Service Centre as soon as possible. A new card number will be issued to you any available cashback and ClubCard points are transferred to your new card.


You may then download the Clicks app from the Google Play Store, iOS App Store, or Huawei App Gallery, log in, and scan your virtual ClubCard on your cellphone at the till.

You can also add 072 255 5522 as a WhatsApp contact, send "Hi" and follow the prompts to retrieve a digital ClubCard.


Should your cellphone not support this functionality, collect a replacement card at any Clicks store and complete your details on the form to ensure that any available cashback and ClubCard points are transferred to your new card.

Any available cashback rewards and points will be transferred onto the new card and the lost/stolen card will be made inactive to protect the cashback balance and points.
