- During the product purchase, debit order instructions are arranged. When the monthly premium(s) is paid, Clicks will receive instruction to allocate the relevant value of ClubCard benefit. This should reflect within 48 hours of file received from financial services provider(s).
- ClubCard members will see this included in their total points balance that displays:
- on their till slip at their next Clicks or The Body Shop purchase; and
- on their profile on the Clicks Website and Clicks APP. - Cashback is loaded onto ClubCards every two months, available on the 24th January, March, May, July, September, November.
