You may request to have your Clicks account deleted by calling our Customer Service Centre on 0860 254 257 or +27 21 460 1009 or select Request Account Deletion to email your deletion request.
Please note that even though your Clicks account will be deleted, some of your personal information such as certain contact details, some transaction data and healthcare data will need to be maintained for audit purposes and in order to comply with our statutory obligations.
