You will receive your card in WhatsApp chat shortly after you complete the journey.

The WhatsApp card is immediately available and you can earn points straight away. You have to complete the journey by providing additional information requested in the email that has been sent to you.

Yes if registered on the same cell we can provide a digital version of the lost card. If not we will provide a new card and if you provide ID number as part of the registration process (email) we will merge with existing accounts.
