You can update your details on both the Clicks website and the Clicks app.

Updating Your Details on the Website

  1. Sign in to your Clicks account.
  2. Go to "My Account".
  3. Under Account Actions, you can:
  • Edit your personal details
  • Change your password
  • Manage subscriptions and notifications
  • Sign out of your account

Updating Your Details on the Clicks App

  1. Sign in to your profile.
  2. Open “My Account Summary”.

Here, you’ll be able to:

  • Update your personal details
  • Update your medical details
  • Change your password
  • Add or remove delivery addresses
  • Manage subscriptions
  • Turn notifications on or off

Your personal and medical details are available under separate tabs within the “My Account Summary” section.

After making your changes, tap Update Details to save your information.
