We may discontinue or update products and their specifications from time to time without notice. This means certain items may become unavailable.
If a product is out of stock, it cannot be ordered online and we do not offer rainchecks or hold items for future purchase.
Order fulfilment
If we are unable to fulfil part of your order, you will be notified and any unavailable items will be refunded to you.
• If you are a ClubCard member out-of-stock items will be refunded to you as cashback.
• If you are not a ClubCard member, you will be contacted to choose your preferred refund method.
• If you prefer not to receive cashback, you can contact us to request an alternative refund method.
Quantity restrictions
Clicks may limit the quantity of certain items available for purchase online. This helps ensure fair access to popular products and improves availability for all customers.
