You can make changes to your order before completing checkout. Once your order has been successfully processed, it cannot be edited.


How do I update my order before checkout?

To make changes before placing your order:

  • Select the Basket button on the website to open your shopping cart.
  • Review the items in your basket.

You can then:

  • Add items by selecting “Add to Basket”
  • Remove items by selecting “Remove”
  • Change quantities by updating the quantity box and selecting “Update”

Your basket will automatically update to reflect any changes you make.

Important to know

Once you complete checkout and your order has been processed, no further changes can be made.

If you need to make changes after this point, you may need to contact Customer Support for assistance. In some cases, you may need to wait for delivery and then return the items or place a new order.
