If you did not receive a confirmation email, you can still check whether your order was successfully processed by viewing your order history.
Access your order history
- Log in to your Clicks account.
- Go to “My Account Summary”.
- Select “Order History”.
Here you will see all your past and current orders
Important information
If your order appears in your order history, it means it has been successfully processed, even if you have not received a confirmation email.
If you cannot find your order
- Check your email spam or junk folder for the confirmation email.
- Make sure you used the correct email address when placing the order.
- Allow a few minutes for the system to update and try again.
