You can track your order through your Clicks account.
How to track your order
- Sign in to your account on the Clicks website.
- Go to “My Account Summary” (this can be accessed by clicking your name in the top menu or via the footer).
- Select “Orders” to view your order history.
- Open the relevant order to view its current status and tracking information.
Order status updates
Your order status will update as it moves through the following stages:
- Processing
- Dispatched
- Out for delivery / Ready for collection
