Before you contact us (important checks)

  • Check if multiple parcels were sent
  • Review delivery SMS/email updates to check for any communications that may have been sent or if we were unable to fulfill an item in the order due to inventory issues.

If you find the order is still missing an item please report it to us immediately on 0860 254 257 or email service@clicks.co.za so we can investigate and resolve it for you.

Time limit for reporting

All reports of missing items must be submitted within 7 days of receiving your delivery or collection.

What to Prepare (Next Steps)

To help us investigate promptly, please have the following information ready:

  • Your Order Number
  • The Product Code(s) of the missing item(s)
  • The Quantity of each missing item
  • Any additional details about the condition of your package upon arrival
