You can check your order status in two ways, depending on how you placed your order.
If you are a registered member
- Log in to your Clicks account on the website or app.
- Go to “My Account Summary”.
- Open “Order History” to view your recent orders and their current status.
If you checked out as a guest
You can still track your order without an account.
- Visit the Clicks website or app.
- Enter your order number in the order tracking search.
- View your current delivery status.
Delivery notifications
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive updates from our courier partners with tracking information and delivery progress.
