If you have received an incorrect item, you can return or exchange it at any Clicks store.

Simply visit your nearest store and our team will assist you with an exchange for the correct item.

Please make sure you bring the following with you:

  • The original tax invoice (received via email)
  • The packing list included in your parcel (completed with reason code and quantity)
  • The incorrect item in its original condition and packaging (unless damaged)
