How do I cancel my order?
Unfortunately, online orders cannot be cancelled once they have been placed.
If you no longer want the order, eligible products may still be returned according to the Clicks Returns Policy.
How do I return my order?
To return an eligible product, visit a Clicks store with the following:
- Tax invoice received by email
- Packing list included in the parcel
- Product in unused condition and original packaging
Customers should complete the reason code and quantity on the packing list when returning items.
Important Information
- Delivery fees are non-refundable on cancelled or returned orders.
- All returns are subject to the Clicks Returns Policy and applicable terms and conditions.
- Refunds are processed according to the Clicks refund policy.
