If you've recently made a payment but can't find your order in your account or haven't received an order confirmation, please verify with your bank whether the funds have been debited.
If the funds have been debited and you cannot locate your order, please contact our Customer Service Centre on on 0860 254 257 or email service@clicks.co.za and provide the following information:
- Payment amount: Please specify the total amount paid. This helps us locate your transaction in our records.
- Date and time of payment: Knowing when the payment was made helps us narrow down the search and check for any discrepancies in our system.
- Payment method used: Please indicate whether you used a credit or debit card, or an Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT). Different payment methods may have different processing times.
Once we receive this information, our team will verify the payment against our systems. If necessary, we will escalate your case to our IT team for further investigation.
