Our courier service will make up to three delivery attempts to the address you provided. Before each delivery attempt, the courier may call you to confirm that you are available to receive your parcel.

What happens after three failed attempts?

If the courier is unable to deliver your parcel after three attempts, it will be returned to our warehouse.

Once returned, you will need to contact our Customer Service Centre on 0860 254 257 or email service@clicks.co.za to arrange a refund.

Tips for successful delivery

To avoid delivery delays or failed attempts, please ensure the following:

  • Your delivery address is accurate and complete
  • You provide a contact number where you can be easily reached (or an alternative number)
  • You are available to receive the parcel at the time of delivery, or arrange for someone else to accept it on your behalf
