Refunds are processed using the original payment method. Timeframes may vary depending on the payment type:

Clicks ClubCard cashback: within 24–48 hours
Credit Card refunds : within 3–5 working days
EFT refunds & debit refunds : within 14–17 working days
eBucks refunds: up to 3 working days
Mobicred refunds: up to 7 working days
